1. Login to your Mint Health Plans Account
When you sign in to your health plan account, you’ll find it easier to view your personalized information and manage the details of your plan. Here are a few things you can do when you set up your account and use your member site:
Find in-network providers
View important claim information
Check balances and pay claims
Learn about plan benefits
When you sign in to your account for the first time, you will login using your A# (member ID) found on your ID card for your username. You will use the policy holders date of birth in format MMDDYYYY for the password.
The doctors and facilities that are in-network have agreed to provide services at a deep discount for our members. In most cases, you will also receive a better benefit for staying in network. To find a list of in-network providers, please follow the link below:
Many preventive screenings and immunizations are covered at no cost to you, so it’s a good idea to call your primary care provider and get your first checkup on the calendar. Be sure to give your ID card to give to the provider.
